This summer, my goal was to build up to run 3 miles by the time we go to Haiti. (July 19)
Right now, that goal does not seem likely.
I decided that I'd better go run because Anna was going to do this running thing with me, and I figured I better keep my promise of doing this. Yesterday I biked 5 miles and did some ab stuff instead. So today I wanted to go run (well, I didn't want to, but I needed to). This week we were going to run a mile every day except Sunday when we do ab stuff. So I went out a little bit ago to go run... and I got half-way and thought I was going to puke. Then I walked for a little while, then partly sprinted for a little, then walked again, then basically sprinted (as fast as I could go at this moment really, which was still faster then my normal running speed, but not quite a sprint) back home.
Now I feel like I am going to puke. :( If this happens, I will be sure to inform you. ;)
