My acid reflux was really bothering me for a while, and the two things that triggered it the most were ice cream and chocolate, so I decided to give them up as my resolution. I told one of my friends from school about it, and he was like "I could do that." So now he is doing it to, but he told me that if he did it with me, I had to give up pop like him. Which is easy since I did that a long time ago, and I don't really like it that much in the first place. We decided that we have a one-week exception where we can ignore the resolution and have something. I am making my week in Haiti so I can drink the pop there :) It's way to good to pass up.
I made a count up and put it on the bottom of the page, so you can check that out if you want to see how long it's been. So far it says a little over one day :)
I also changed the pictures on the sidebar. I think they're kinda cute. :)

I think you'll do great with the "no pop, ice cream, or chocolate" resolution. But in case you have cravings, just remember how it makes you feel after you eat that stuff! YUCK! :(
I like the new pics on the sidebar and the counter at the bottom... you're almost up to 2 1/2 days now!
